Hanumans Club was born from a deep passion for Muay Thai in Montreal. Behind this journey is Kru Amélie, a coach recognized for her expertise and unique path. Her goal has always been to make traditional Muay Thai accessible to everyone, whether beginners, children, adults, or competitive athletes..
Six Months in Thailand
To deepen her knowledge and experience the authenticity of Muay Thai, Kru Amélie completed two intensive training trips to Thailand, spending a total of six months in traditional camps.
During these stays, she had the opportunity to train with Mr. Knock Sitmochai, a renowned fighter from whom she learned a great deal. These experiences allowed her to develop an even deeper understanding of technique, clinch work, discipline, and the culture surrounding Muay Thai.
International Recognition
Kru Amélie holds the title of Kru Khan 12, awarded by the World Kru Muay Thai Association (WKMA). She is currently the only woman in Quebec to have reached this level of certification.
This international recognition reflects her expertise and her commitment to teaching traditional Muay Thai.
